Primary Sport

WR Athletics

What a wonderful day our athletes had on Friday. The weather was wonderful. We had some great achievements. 

  • The Junior Girls Relay, Ella Sannazzaro, Emme Last, Faith Roberts, Zoe Last broke the record. It now stands as 1:07.30
  • Angus Dickinson was overall Age Champion for the Junior Boys 
  • Olivia Cassidy overall Runner Up in the Senior Girls 
  • Ella Sannazzaro overall Runner Up in the Junior Girls 
  • Emme Last came third overall in the Junior Girls
  • Estee McLeod came Third overall in the Intermediate Girls 
  • Zoe Lake came Fourth overall in the Senior Girls 
  • Archie Byrne came Fourth overall in the Intermediate Boys

Our Students did well and the following students have qualified for the Canberra Goulburn Carnival on the 21st of August. Please note that the 1500m is not run at this carnival only times are given.

Secondary Sport

Rugby 7s

Congratulations to the students who went to the Rugby 7s gala day on Tuesday 24th June. Unfortunately there were no wins on the board  for either team, for the games we played. The boys participated really well and there were some excellent plays. Thank you to John England for assisting on the day.

Colours Challenge

Secondary enjoyed the first few rounds of our House Colours Challenge. This challenge goes toward the Champion Sporting House trophy, presented at the end of the year. The secondary progressive points scores are as follows:
